Significance of Agarbatti in Hinduism




An agarbatti or incense stick is a frequently used thing in Hindu religion and rituals. No prayer session in Hindu religion is completed properly without the use of these soothing fragrant sticks and we are all familiar to the divine fragrances of the incense sticks.

Even the ancient texts have detailed mention about the use of incense sticks in the Hindu religion, so it can be said that these fragrant sticks have always been an important part of the Hindu religion and culture.
